Selecting A Color Group

Select a color group based on your primary organ. This is the organ that has symptoms, such as an illness or disease. The weakest organ in the body will show symptoms first, so use that organ to determine your color group. Try eating foods within your color group more often, or eat one of each color every day before starting another rotation.
